做法Steps
- 將 1:1.5 左右比例的玫瑰花香米和水浸半小時。
- 然後沙鍋內側抹一些油,把玫瑰花香米倒入,大火燒開後轉中小火燒到水分有些收乾,大概6,7分鐘。
- 然後把切好片的臘腸, 臘肉和切塊的臘鴨腿鋪在飯上,再加蓋子,轉小火燜15分鐘。
- 關火後不要揭開,再燜個3-5分鐘。
- 最後食用之前淋上豉油雞汁即可。
